My journey with the Youngbloods committee started in 2023 when I was brought on to Art Direct the newly minted TikTok channel—some highlights of which are below.
Since then I've also been involved in the creative and organisation of events, sound mixing for trivia, and Art Directing our 2023 Gruen pitch—also below.
In August 2024, I became VIC Co-chair alongside Georgia Payne, and am now (half) in charge of organising and directing the broader committee.

Make bugs the next craze food
Food sounds weird until you give it a name.
Baby cow—no. Veal—yes. We decided to rebrand ‘bugs’ from unpalatable creepy crawlies to delicious fine dining food. Enter bügee—spelled like bug, pronounced like bougie.
With a $5k budget, a 5am Saturday shoot and plenty of industry favours, we as a committee were lost in a collaborative creative whirlwind that culminated in the show's live recording in Sydney. The result? VIC vs NSW? A draw.
